Is this Website secure?
- Yes. The website does not process credit cards
directly. All credit card info is sent to a fully
secure website called Authorize.net. They are
the ones who process all of your card details.
All that we see are the last 4 digits of your
credit card and nothing more.
Are these tablecloths for rent or for sale?
- These tablecloths are for sale only. We do
not carry items that are for rent.
What are customer service hours? What are
in-store pick up hours?
- Customer service hours are from 9am-5pm PST.
So if you have any questions please feel free
to contact us between those times. If you try
calling after those times the office will be closed
and there will be no one available to assist you.
- Our in-store pick up hours are from 10am-3pm
PST. This means that if you have placed an order
online and have chosen the option to pick up merchandise
at our store, you can stop by only between these
times. If you arrive before or after these times,
there will not be any one at the store to assist
you.
Are items on your website in stock even if
I do not see them on the website?
- No. If an item is not on the website then
it is not in stock. When an item goes out of stock
we immediately remove it from the website.
How do I get a shipping quote?
- To get a shipping quote you must first select
the items you wish to purchase. Once you have
completed this step you will be asked to proceed
with check out. There you will see the next screen
has the shipping information. This page will allow
you to choose an Express shipment or regular Ground
shipping
Do I have to create an account to place an
order?
-Yes, you will be asked to create an account
with us if you wish to place an order. If you
are just browsing our website you do not need
to create an account. Creating an account will
be helpful to you when ordering in the future.
Your account will hold all your customer information
so you do not have to enter it again.
What method of shipping do you offer?
- Our website is currently integrated with the
FedEx website and is the only way we ship as of
this moment
Can I place an order over the phone?
- No, we do not take orders over the phone.
We are not allowed to view your credit card information
since all the information does not get submitted
to our website directly; instead it goes to the
Authorize.net website.
Is the internet the only way to order?
- Yes, the internet is currently the only way
we take orders, for we are an online business
after all. But we are working on new ways to better
serve the public and improve the way we take orders.
Will the items in my cart remain there even
if I log out of my account?
- Yes the items will still be there. The only
time that the items in your cart do not appear
is if you finalize the purchase. Otherwise you
have nothing to worry about.
Are you able to ship chinaware or glassware?
- Yes, we are able to ship Chinaware and Glassware,
but only by freight. The reason being is if we
ship these items through a regular carrier the
items are at risk of breaking since they are very
fragile.
When an item is discontinued, will you be
getting any more of that item in?
- NO. If the item is discontinued, then they
are no longer going to be in stock, hence the
word "discontinued".
Are these tablecloths good quality?
- As a matter of fact they are. These tablecloths
are what you would find at luxury hotels, high
end restaurants, top quality catering companies
and major event planners. Some people also use
them for their everyday lives, and even for their
own weddings/ social events. Our tablecloths can
be used by the general public as well as private
businesses. If you are looking for good quality
tablecloths, you have com top the right place.
Can I return these items after I have received
them?
- Actually, you can return the merchandise,
but in order to do that you will need a Return
Authorization Number. But you must first make
sure that you abide by our Shipping and Return
Policy. (Please see Shipping/ Return Policy on
our website)
How do I get a Return Authorization Number?
- The only way you get an RA# is if you request
one by phone. All you have to do is call us and
let us know what the reason for the return is.
If items are defective can I return them?
- Yes. But only if you have requested an RA#.

If I choose the ground shipping option on
the website, will my merchandise be guaranteed
to arrive within the given time frame?
- No. Ground shipping is not guaranteed. The
only options that are guaranteed to be arrive
within the given time are Standard Overnight,
2Day, and 3Day Express Saver.
How soon will I be able to receive my order?
- You will receive your order within the time
frame of the shipping option you chose. Generally
speaking, the average time it takes for you to
receive a package is about 3-5 days. If you chose
one of the express shipping options then your
merchandise will arrive within the given time
frame.
How soon will my order ship from your warehouse?
- If an order is placed for a ground shipment
then your package will ship out within 1 or 2
business days. If an express order is placed before
1pm PST it will ship out same day.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
- No. Our shipping carrier only delivers to
physical addresses no po boxes.
If I place an order for a will-call, how far
in advance do I need to notify you and how long
do you hold and order for?
- When placing a will-call order you must let
us know 24 hours in advance when you are coming
to pick up. The holding period for will-calls
is 5 business days. Anything after, you are subject
to a 20% restocking fee.
How will I know if my package has shipped
out?
- When a package ships out, we notify you via
e-mail containing a tracking number. This number
will be used to let you know the whereabouts of
your package and the delivery date.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
- At the moment we only ship within the continental
U.S. That is including Alaska and Hawaii, but
not including the Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.
What are your forms of payment?
- At this time the only way you can send in
a payment is by using your credit card. As long
as your card has any major credit card logo (Visa,
Master Card, Discover, etc) it does not matter
if it is a debit or credit card.
Do you charge tax to non-profit organizations?
- If you reside outside of California you do
not have to pay tax. Tax applies only to California
residents. If you do reside in California and
have a Tax ID or Resale number, you can fax it
to us and we will make sure that you are not charged
any un-necessary fees.
What type of material is your linen?
- We carry two kinds of linen. We carry 100%
Polyester Dacron and we also have 100% Cotton.
This also applies to the napkins. (See "Cotton
Tablecloths" on our website).
Are your tablecloths seamless?
- Yes, our tablecloths are seamless. Even our
biggest size, which is the 128"R is seamless.
Are your tablecloths stain resistant and wrinkle
resistant?
- Our tablecloths are stain and wrinkle resistant
but are not stain and wrinkle proof. Most of your
major stains will come out if handled properly.
