Overview
LinenTablecloth.com ships orders within the continental U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii only, it takes five (5) business days for your order to arrive , (basically one week for the day you place your order.) However, depending on the state that you're in, delivery times can be less, e.g. an order shipping to Seattle, WA., will arrive in 2-3 business days instead of 5 business days. Faster shipping methods are available, including overnight shipping, but bear in mind that shipping charges will increase substancially for shipping methods other than ground. Royal Palm cannot guarantee ground shipping delivery time, and is not responsible for ground shipping delays due to shipping company mistakes, acts of nature, etc., since these things are out of our control once the orders leave our possession. If you must recieve your order by a specific date, then we suggest that you use a shipping method other than ground, e.g. Fedex Express Saver (3-day), 2-day, or overnight service.
Delivery
All orders must be prepaid, with shipping charges prepaid. Shipping charges will be added to the order invoice unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellations/Changes
Changes/Cancellations must be made the same day your orders are placed, since we ship orders out almost immediately after we receive them.
Once an order has shipped, changes and/or cancellations are not possible.
Return Policy/Procedures
Once you receive your order, you must inspect it immediately , since you have only 7 days to make a return . Carefully remove the contents from the carton and count the number of items, colors, etc., and verify that your order is correct or incorrect. If there are any problems, you can request a Return Manufacturers Authorization (RMA) number to return your merchandise (see below). Once you receive an RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of your return box. All returns sent without an RMA numbers will be refused by LinenTableCloth.com.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the package.
Once you've decided to return a product. Sign into your account, view your order history, and select the relevant order.
On the order detail page, there is a link below each product. Select the link below the product you wish to return.
You will see a return request form. If you've ordered more than one of a given Product Model Number, you can change the quantity to to reflect how many are being returned. There are also options to choose why the product is being returned and what the preferred compensation method will be.
Once you've submitted the return request, a confirmation screen will appear containing an RMA number. You will also receive a return request confirmation via email.
You can sign into your account (see step 1 above) and click the RMA number link to view the status listed in the comments field. You can click the "Track a Return" link, input your RMA number in the box, and be taken directly to the RMA status information. If you are not logged in prior to clicking "Track a Return," you will be re-directed to the login page.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If, after we receive your return, we determined that the error in your order is LinenTableCloth's fault, we will then refund your return shipping charges. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
All "Bargain Corner" items are sold "As Is" and are nonreturnable, nonrefundable.
Used or damaged returned items will not be accepted.
All Table Linens must be returned unused and unwashed. Returned used and/or washed table linen will not be accepted, and in the event that we receive a return of table linen that has been used or washed, the customer will be charged a 20% processing fee plus shipping charges to have the return order shipped back to customer.
