Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include up to 2 business days for handling.

  • Most orders are shipped in less than 2 business days.

Order Accuracy & Cancellations

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses, low stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity may be placed on hold.

  • Customers will be contacted via email to update their order.

  • If no response is received within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.

Delivery Deadlines

  • If you need your order by a specific date, you must contact customer service before placing your order or confirm availability at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for meeting customer-specific deadlines. Customers are responsible for planning accordingly.

Expedited Orders

  • Orders will only be prioritized if expedited shipping is selected at checkout before 10:00 AM (business days).

Business Hours

  • Our business is closed on weekends.

  • Messages received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.

  • We are not required to respond to messages or prioritize orders outside of business hours.
