How to Find Your Store Credit Balance

 

1. Log into Your Account

  • Click on the top-right corner of the website.
  • The link may be labeled "My Account" or "Login".

 

2. Access Your Email Login

  • On the login screen, do not select "Shop" login.
  • Instead, click on "Email", enter your account's email address, and click "Continue".
  • Make sure you have access to this email.

 

3. Enter the Login Code

  • Check your email for a 6-digit code.
  • Enter the code on the website and click "Submit".

 

4. Navigate to Account Info

  • After logging in, the main account page will appear.
  • Click on the "Account Info" tab.

 

5. View Store Credit

  • Scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section.
  • You will see a silver card labeled "Store Credit".
  • Click on the card to view your credit upload history and your available redeemable amount.

 

 

How to Redeem Your Store Credit Balance

 

1. Add Items to Your Cart

  • Browse and add your desired items to the cart.
  • Click "View Cart" or "Checkout".

 

2. Log In and Choose Delivery Method

  • Make sure you’re logged into your account.
  • Select your delivery method, then click "Continue to Payment".

 

4. Apply Store Credit

  • On the Payment page, look below your contact information.
  • You’ll see a small checkbox that says "Apply Store Credit" above the credit card entry fields.
  • Click the checkbox to apply your store credit.


5. Review Your Credit
  • Once selected, the store credit amount will appear on the right-hand side under the order summary.
  • You’ll see the applied credit and any remaining balance to be paid.
