How to Find Your Store Credit Balance
1. Log into Your Account
- Click on the top-right corner of the website.
- The link may be labeled "My Account" or "Login".

2. Access Your Email Login
- On the login screen, do not select "Shop" login.
- Instead, click on "Email", enter your account's email address, and click "Continue".
- Make sure you have access to this email.

3. Enter the Login Code
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code on the website and click "Submit".

4. Navigate to Account Info
- After logging in, the main account page will appear.
- Click on the "Account Info" tab.

5. View Store Credit
- Scroll down to the "Payment Methods" section.
- You will see a silver card labeled "Store Credit".

- Click on the card to view your credit upload history and your available redeemable amount.

How to Redeem Your Store Credit Balance
1. Add Items to Your Cart
- Browse and add your desired items to the cart.
- Click "View Cart" or "Checkout".

2. Log In and Choose Delivery Method
- Make sure you’re logged into your account.
- Select your delivery method, then click "Continue to Payment".

4. Apply Store Credit
- On the Payment page, look below your contact information.
- You’ll see a small checkbox that says "Apply Store Credit" above the credit card entry fields.
- Click the checkbox to apply your store credit.

- Once selected, the store credit amount will appear on the right-hand side under the order summary.
- You’ll see the applied credit and any remaining balance to be paid.
